Main Applications:
It is suitable for the raw materials that need to concentrate, mix
and dry at low temperature(eg. biochemistry products in chemical,
pharmaceutical and foodstuff indusries).

Principles:
1. heat source pass through the sealed jacket
2. the heat will be transmitted to the raw material to be dried
through inner shell
3. under driving of power, the tank is rotated slowly and the raw
material inside it is mixed continuously. then the purpose of
reinforced drying can realized
4. the material is at a vacuum state, the drop of steam jpressure
makes the moisture at the surface of raw material become saturation
and will evaporate
5. the solvent will be discharged through vacuum pump
6. the inner moisture of raw material will infiltrate, evaporate
and discharge continuously. these three processes are carried
continuously and the purpose of drying can be realized within a
short time

Working Principle
SZG series double cone vacuum dryer is an indirect heating batch
type drying processor. The bi-conical drying chamber has heating
jacket which can be filled with hot water, steam or thermal oil.
During the operation, vacuum condition is created by the vacuum
pump and wet material flows alongside the heated inner surface with
the rotation of drying chamber. Heat transfer happens between wet
material and heated surface of drying chamber. The evaporated
moisture is sucked out by vacuum pump. If the evaporated moisture
needs to be recovered, condenser and buffer tank can be equipped.
SZG series double cone vacuum dryer has been widely used in food,
chemical and pharmaceutical industry for drying:
1) Powder, small granule or fiber products with good flowability
3) Easy-oxidized, toxic, explosive or heat sensitive humid masses
after centrifugation or filteration
2) Moisture is organic solution and need to be recovered
Technical Advantages
1) Multi-functional: The central body is a bi-conical chamber which

extracting solvents, it also can be used as an effective fast
blender or homogenizer.

which is mirror polished, no dead corners for washing or cleaning

3) Multi-product: The drying chamber can be lined with glass or
enamel interior surface for high corrosive materials
4) No-lumps: High speed cutters can be equipped to break the lumps
or agglomerates which can considerably shorten the drying time and
ensure uniform drying.
5) Effective filtering system: The three-head filtering unit can
perfectly filter out the powder and just let solvent vapors go
through with very low pressure drop.
6) Easy-operation: Vacuum conveyor can be equipped for automatic
feeding and discharging.
