GHL high speed mixing granulator, high speed mixing granulator,

The mixed granulator is a new process of preparation used in the
pharmaceutical industry of China in the 1980s.Compared with the
traditional granulation technology, the advantages of mixed
granulation are as follows :
(1) less adhesive dose is required for granulation, so the drying
time is short.
(2) granulation can be made according to the existing formula
without changing any process.
(3) the granulation time is only 7 to 10 minutes per batch.
(4) the particle boundary is clear, approximately spherical,
uniform, small particle point, low density, so that when pressing
the sheet, good liquidity, easy to fill the mold cavity, small
pressure, sheet weight is stable, reduce laborDegrees.
(5) the particles are small, the particle boundary is destroyed
during stamping, and it is easy to dissolve and diffuse.
(6) the surface of the film is smooth and fine.
(7) compared with extruded granules, the prepared granules are more
loose and more compact than boiling granules.
The mixed granulator is the ideal equipment to meet the
requirements of G, M and P during the eighth five-year plan period.
The GHL high-speed mixing granulator designed and produced by our
factory is the result of introducing the same kind of products and
improving it. Foreign adhesive as part of the resin used in the
organic solvent, and the pharmaceutical industry in our country
most of the starch adhesive, we successively for 4 kinds of
sulfonated ammonium, vitamin, antibiotic, compound class 10 drugs
for granulating and tabletting, 10%, 13%, 15%, 18% used many
different proportion of starch and different concentrations of
organic solvent adhesive, the excellent performance of particles is
created quality conforms to the standard.
Principle:
The powder raw material and adhesive in a cylinder are mixed fully
at thebottom to turn into a humid soft material. Then it is crushed
at a high speedand become uniform granules.
Application:
GHL high speed mixing granulator is a high efficiency equipment
that can mix different powder materials and granulate granule in
one procedure. It is wide used for pharmaceutical industry,
foodstuff industry and chemical industry, etc.
Technical characters:
· The machine adapts a practical horizontal cylinder structure, its
structure is isreasonable, no deed corner.
. The driving shaft is equipped with inflatable seal. While
washing, the air canbe replaced by water.
. Fluidized granulating processed is used and the final granules
are quite roundwith high fluidity.
. Compared with traditional technique, this type of machine can
reduce 25% ofadhesive and also shorten the drying time.
. For each batch of material, with 2 minutes' dry mixing and 1-4
minutes'granulating, the efficiency is 4-5 times higher than that
of traditional technique.
·Dry mixing, wet mixing and granulating are finished inside the
same sealedcontainer, which is in conformity with the requirements
of "GMP" .
