XF Series Fluidizing Dryer
Product introduction:
XF series horizontal boiling dryer is also called fluidized bed or
fluidized bed. Due to the different nature of dry materials, dust
removal equipment supporting, according to the need to consider,
can be selected at the same time cyclone separator, cloth bag dust
remover, can also choose one of the -. - generally speaking, the
proportion is lowerFor large granule and granule materials, only
cyclone separator is needed. Small particle and powder materials
with light weight should be equipped with bag dust remover,
pneumatic feeding device and belt conveyor for selection. Steam,
electricity, hot air furnace can be used (according to customer
requirements).Granular solid materials are added into the fluidized
bed dryer by the feeder, and the clean hot air is distributed into
the bed body by the valve plate. The wet materials from the feeder
are heated by the hot air to form a boiling state. Because of the
extensive contact between hot air and materials, the heat and mass
transfer process is enhanced, so it can be dried in a relatively
short time. The material enters from one end of the bed body and is
discharged from the discharge port after boiling and drying for
several seconds to several minutes.The waste gas is discharged from
the top of the effervescent bed and discharged after the solid
powder is recovered by the cyclone dust collector group and the bag
dust collector.Steam, electricity, hot air furnace can be used
(according to customer requirements).
Principle:
The clean hot air is distributed through the valve plate into the
bed body, and the wet material from the feeder is heated by the hot
air to form a boiling state. Because of the extensive contact
between hot air and materials, the heat and mass transfer process
is enhanced, so it can be dried in a relatively short time. If
continuous type is used, the material enters from one end of the
bed body and flows out from the other end automatically after
boiling and drying for several seconds to several minutes. The
equipment is generally operated under negative pressure.
Application:Drying operations of pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials,
foodstuffs, grain processing and feedstuffs. For example: drying
and dehumidifying of bulk drug, tablet granule, Chinese medicine
granule, health food, beverage granule, corn germ, feed, plastic
resin, citric acid and other powdery material.

Technical characters:This fluidized bed dryer can achieve automation and continuous
drying process.It has a high drying speed and a low temperature and
the product quality can beensured, meeting GMP requirements. The
heating resource can be steam,electricity or furmace.
